ADMISSION RELATED INSTRUCTIONS
I. The candidates can report for admission between 10:00 to 16.00 hours on all reporting days and the time schedule for the last day of reporting is based on MCC guideline (server time).

II. As per the instructions given in the “Prospectus for Admission to MBBS degree courses in Tamil Nadu Government Medical College, Government quota Seats in Self Financing Medical / Dental Colleges and ESIC Medical College, KK Nagar, Chennai Affiliated to The Tamil Nadu Dr. M. G. R Medical University, 2024 – 2025 session”
All candidates MUST submit the following documents at the time of admission. Failure to produce the following documents will lead to cancellation of selection.
The candidate may download the documents from the link, bring all documents in complete shape and to be submitted at time of reporting to the college. This will ensure quick processing of admission procedure.
1. Student Admission Form– MBBS – 2024-2025
This form should be downloaded, filled, printed out back to back in A4 size paper (colour print) and signed in places wherever indicated in the form. The items which are not relevant or ‘not applicable’ may be left blank.
2. Undertaking regarding Community
This document should be downloaded, printed out in A4 size paper and submitted in complete shape.
3. Undertaking for not having taken seat in any other Educational Institution
This document should be downloaded, printed out in A4 size paper and submitted in complete shape.
4. Sworn Affidavit regarding Nativity Undertaking
This document should be downloaded, filled and the print out to be taken in ₹.100/- (Rupees One hundred) stamp paper. The document should be in complete shape with all relevant signatures (for state quota only).
5. Agreement Bond Form for candidates admitted for M.B.B.S./B.D.S. course
This document is prescribed as Annexure IX in the Prospectus of the MBBS/BDS degree courses for the year 2024-25. This document should be printed in agreement bond paper (for all candidates)
Points to be noted while filling the agreement bond
- Surety 1 shall be a parent
- Surety 2 shall be a parent/guardian (Surety 1 cannot sign here)
- Surety 3 shall be a guardian (Guardian signed on Surety 2 cannot sign here)
- Witness 1 & 2 shall be any known person to the candidate ( 1 & 2 should be different persons)
6. Undertaking for not indulging in Ragging.
This document is prescribed as Annexure XI in the Prospectus of the MBBS/BDS degree courses for the year 2024-25. This document should be printed in A4 size paper and submitted in complete shape.
7. Joint Declaration by the Candidate and Parents/Guardian
This document is prescribed as Annexure XIV in the Prospectus of the MBBS/BDS degree courses for the year 2024-25. This document should be printed in A4 sheet paper and to be submitted in complete shape.
8. Medical Certificate for administration of Hepatitis B vaccination
This document is prescribed as Annexure X in the Prospectus of the MBBS/BDS degree courses for the year 2024-25. This certificate must be obtained from a Registered Medical Practitioner.

(OC/BC/MBC/DNC/SC/SCA/ST/OBC/EWS) - NEET Admit Card (Original)
- NEET Score Card (Original)
- Nativity Certificate (for state quota candidate only)
- Receipt (Original) of tuition fee paid at Selection Committee, Chennai
(for SQ candidate only) - Passport size photograph – 8 Nos.
- Migration Certificate in original – Candidates from other Board (expect Tamil Nadu State Board)
- Eligibility Certificate in Original – Candidates from Other Board (expect Tamil Nadu State Board & CBSE) should submit the Eligibility Certificate obtained from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University.
- Special Category – proof in original (Sports/Ex-Serviceman for SQ candidate only)
- PwD Certificate- AIQ – designated Disability Centres of MCC
- PwD Certificate – SQ – Medical Certificate issued by Regional Medical Board
- SQ- 7.5% Bonafide Certificate (for State Quota Only)
- Undertaking for Nativity in Rs.100/- Stamped paper(for State Quota only)
